The Development Sourcing Advisors Group provides business and legal services to entrepreneurs, investors, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and associations regarding business development and expansion, housing and economic development, offshore sourcing, corporate social responsibility, and other matters. Business and legal services are provided through a group of companies including Development Sourcing Advisors LLC, DSA Law LLC, and Streamasia Advisors Private Limited, working with a network of trusted attorneys and consultants in Asia.
Jeff Pankratz – MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Development Sourcing Advisors Group is managed by Jeffrey R. Pankratz, an attorney and businessman with over 20 years of experience in advising for-profit and nonprofit businesses in the United States and Asia. He has provided business and legal advice to investors and businesses regarding the development and financing of infrastructure, real estate, and medium, small and micro-enterprises. He has also provided advisory services to the IT/IT-enabled services sector, focusing on business process and knowledge process outsourcing. Prior to forming DSA, Mr. Pankratz was Of Counsel at Venable LLP, one of the American Lawyer's top 100 law firms, where his practice focused on corporate and tax law, development finance and outsourcing transactions.
David Channing – Finance Director
David’s financial career spans two decades of diverse experience. He began his career at a regional public accounting firm, serving closely held businesses for seven years before establishing his accounting practice. One of his business clients was experiencing extraordinary growth during the tech explosion so he joined them full-time. He played pivotal roles in the tech-driven business, rising to positions such as CFO, VP of Sales and Marketing, and Senior VP of Corporate Development. He then left the company to help form several non-profit organizations. David later led an investment advisory firm, acquiring investment and insurance credentials while enhancing his financial planning acumen. Most recently, he was the Executive Director of New Life Thrift and maintained his accounting practice. He has a BSBA in Accounting from Geneva College and a master’s degree in Urban Missions from Westminster Theologica Seminary
Jeanny Lee – Legal Director
Jeanny is an experienced attorney specializing in general counsel services for nonprofits, social enterprises, and small businesses. She works in collaboration with a team of lawyers to assist clients with a range of corporate matters, including all aspects of entity formation; tax, finance, governance, and other compliance matters related to both domestic and international operations; obtaining and maintaining federal tax-exempt status and implementing best practices for nonprofits; drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; and developing organizational policies and procedures for risk management. Jeanny earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University.
